DHR becomes first accredited cancer center in the RGV

The Commission on Cancer (CoC) of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS) has granted three-year accreditation to the cancer program at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance (DHR). As the first cancer treatment program in the Rio Grande Valley to receive this accreditation, DHR had to meet 34 Commission on Cancer quality care standards, be evaluated every three years through a survey process, and maintain levels of excellence in the delivery of comprehensive patient-centered care.

Security Service Federal Credit Union awarded Designation of Excellence

Security Service Federal Credit Union awarded Designation of Excellence for going above and beyond to help members save! In February, Security Service used Military Saves Week as a way to educate military members and their families on ways to save for the future and boost their financial freedom.  Those efforts are what caught the attention of the National America Saves program and earned Security Service the Designation of Excellence for going above and beyond to promote good savings behavior. This was the first year such a distinction was given and only a handful of credit unions across the country were honored recently in Washington, D.C.

The Red Cross Volunteer Services Specialist is needed to work in the Harlingen, TX office. This is a Full Time position working Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM. ERO Architects to Present Hispanic Heritage Awards

ERO Architects is pleased to announce that in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month it will present two awards during this year’s Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) and the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Convention in Dallas to an individual and an organization that have advocated, supported and championed for quality education of all children in Texas.
