One of our very own Ambassador Emilio Santos from Mariachi 7 Leguas is being honored by Proclamation on October 14, 2019. The reception will be at 4 p.m. and proclamation at 5 p.m. The ceremony will take place at City Commissions Chambers on the 3rd floor at City Hall located at 1300 West Houston Avenue.
