The “Vibrant Heritage” Mexican Artisan Expo will be taking place at the McAllen Creative Incubator (the old Main St. Library at 601 N. Main St.) on November 4-6, 2016. More than 70 artisans from various states in Mexico such as Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi, Oaxaca, Tamaulipas, Distrito Federal, Guanajuato and Veracruz, among others, will showcase some of the best in clothing, crafts, and candies Mexico is renowned for. All products will be on sale to the public and distributors at great prices.
Some of the hand crafted products that will be showcased are hand crafted Talavera, textiles, oil paintings, silver jewelry, chaquira (beads), decorative candles, candies, moles and more.
Entrance to the Mexican Artisan Expo is free and the event times are as follows:
Friday, November 4, 2016 — 12pm to 9pm
Saturday, November 5, 2016 — 9am to 7pm
Sunday, November 6, 2016 — 10am to 6pm
